Banned from Adsense? Looking for an alternative?

I run a fairly large site, and I've never been approved by media.net despite having tens of millions of UV monthly. I've been looking for just that, a less fickle alternative to adsense. Their bitchiness towards ad placement locations has annoyed the shit out of me, and their optimization team recommendations only serve to lower revenue.

Sometimes they will just ban the whole site, though, so that doesn't work. It's also sensible to spread earnings regardless what you are making.

Just change site's domain xD

That's what i do with 6+ adsense accounts, blackhat of course :D

I have tried qadabra and the CPM is shitty, I have a site with 10 to 30k visitors daily, and you won't make up to $5/day with all those.
Media.net, i tried it and got banned from low traffic bla bla bla... 60% of my traffics are from google search and the other 40% from sites like cnn.

The best way to diversify your earning is to do what BTB is doing...

Disclaimer: "My experience with those two networks might not be the same with others"

You can get a crappy account manager with Media.net - I just pester them until I get what I want!

Thanks for the share, I'll check em out. Adsense is becoming a little burdensome.

I mean, i've signed up and haven't even been accepted at all. Unless something has changed recently. They never get back to me.

Good share OP. Been looking for an adsense alternative for the past month.

Will definitely try this out,

Cheers.

I tried Media.net over a year ago and my results were weak compared to Adsense. Their algo worked differently where they based my revenue on RPM versus CPC, mixed in with a separate quality check. I believe they gave me the final stats the next day after these checks...at least that's what I remember when trying them out. Could be different nowadays too. Now if someone could fill the market with selling fully approved Media.net accounts, I'd be all over them again. Being a smaller entity with more of the human touch element with their pubs, I don't think that market will be filled any time soon though.

Does anyone have an example of one of their ads? I'm curious to see what the unit looks like but haven't found anything.

Thanks,
Red

Adsense is one huge pile of s*it.

I was banned as well ;)

I've had poor results from media.net - The first month was great, then it just declined and declined...

I have tried many networks and Adsense always outperforms them all.

However I do usually mix my ads up with CPM networks like Sovrn & Switch Ads.

I usually setup a "waterfall" of CPM networks with pass backs to give me the highest CPM.

Just the advice I needed. I was asking for the same info in a different post and no one was willing to answer. Most people enter into the online world with the hopes of making it via Adsense. It's a pity the negative vibes coming in concerning it. I think now I need a mentor.

Interesting - mine fluctuated with media.net but not declining on a monthly basis. I never found CPM networks got anywhere close (except in niches where I couldn't run media.net either).

Hi meathead1234 - long time no see.

Just signed up as I have been living under a rock and did not know about this network. Thanks.

Using ad-center, easily the best CPA network i've come across.. Conversions range from 16.50 USD to 45 USD. If you want an invite inbox me.

I've been looking for an alternative to adsense too. But I think there must be other networks besides media.net. Anyone else has a suggestion?

Also, does the big G still closing adsense accounts randomly without specific reasons ?? I wonder how some people can keep going on adsense ??

We've actually seen a lot of users come through the doors at CPAlead who were banned by AdSense. I'm not saying that we're the solution for you but what I am saying is that the reasons for being banned stretch pretty far and most people genuinely had no idea why. Its good to diversify.

The best alternative depends on what you were doing well with at AdSense.
