its actually worth it in my opinion its a new ps4 but i am just woried that i only get +5,10 $ for it and i only would get 10 $ out of the sell

hi guys, iv been selling shisha pens on ebay for a while without problem however the Ciggerate regulators FDA have been putting pressure on ebay to stop people like me selling. I have initially stopped from selling for 30 days however 3 days before the suspension was over i got a email stating my account had been suspended indefinitely. is there any way around it as im losing about 5k cause of this. i am willing to pay to someone inorder for them to help me out and fix this issue.
You will need to wait 21 days before payment clears if your account is less than 90 days from 1st or you did not do $250 in sales.
However, if you ship quickly and upload real tracking info PP has been known to release it before 21 days (21 days is the maximum)

Okat, how much for a decent account then?
i sold 8 items. received 7 positive feedback but one buyer left negetive feedback. i offered him $10 paypal gift but she does not want that either. willing to refund full amount but she is stubborn not responding.. my question is my score fell to 96% will ebay suspend my account? what shall i do to prevent getting suspended form ebay?

You should be fine. I'd suggest keeping better communication with the buyers. Send them a personal copy/paste email after their orders. If they have any questions or problems to email you at: or text at(use gv): etc.
You can control the kind of feedback you receive if you have a quality product with great customer support.

Have you ever appealed for a suspension and won? Could you help me write an appeal? I have a seller performance restriction 181 (had to cancel some orders as items did not arrive to myself, not dropshipping as was shipping myself but I must have gone about it the wrong way) I am well aware of stealth accounts and will go that way if necessary, however it would be so much easier if they could grant my appeal and unrestrict me. I got suspended for seven days for putting up Cards againts humanity on ebay, I didnt know anything about replicas . I thought it was a matter of getting items from china and just putting them up. I now want to try a different game, and this one Im not sure its a copy but im guessing it is. Im wondering if I should just stay away from games.
I also wanted to try a no logo/ no brand item, which I read that if you can get unbranded items that are made in china it was legal for me to give them a brand name.

also there are two accounts with different addresses , different names but under same ip. I was thinking of opening another store with different inf, but would be also logging in from same ip
My ex destroyed my ebay and therefor I cannot ever have a store under my own name
