What does it mean by "OnSite Requirements"

client want me to send him "OnSite Requirements" for his website? i never did this before, anyone know what does it mean by sending "OnSite Requirements" and what should i do?

lol I would say that when he says "Onsite Requirements," he means what type of optimization you should do to the pages. I have a list that I made for myself, so I just go through the list and check the pages and put it into a report.
