I don't think you will be able to find such deals and i don't think it is the right approach either.
We have very cost efficient plans which will help you on a daily basis for your work, you can cancel it at anytime you please and you have control on your expense.
With such budget, you can have a few years of services for our level 1, which is already a lot .

I spoke with Vincent on Skype before making my purchase and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had the worst experience with PowerUp Hosting, I was ready to close my account there after 2 days.

I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do with this new VPS!

No quite sure the problem you kept facing following a downgrade. Could you please give more details so we can assist you better ?
