I am trying to figure out what these are called in the new panel? Are these the same as the "Real Slow Mixed Retention YouTube Views"? Or are they the "Absolute Retention Social YouTube View"?

Other orders that i've ordered in the same days are alredy activeted and finished, so what's wrong with those orders?

Can i still order or there are some activation problem or delays?

Yeah, I was just getting ready to order these myself! They were in the panel under a slightly different name just a few days ago.
