I would suggest just engaging as much as you can, however recently Instagram started focusing on people with 'suspicious' comments, so stay away from that.

I don't have any experience with MegaBot, so I can't help you with that, however with FollowLiker my results with active engaging are so far very good!

For my niche account the best way to grow was craping followers of my competitor. I found 7 popular accounts in my niche, parse all active users (those who like and comment the last 15 posts of my competitors). Each day I make with Tooligram 1000 follow and 1000 likes from the list. Each 3 days I unfollow all accounts that didn't follow me. I was starting with 5k account. Now I have 55k with 2,5k likes per post and only 8 subscriptions
