Unfortunately I had to cancel my proxies due to the speed not being fast enough for MassPlanner. Support was great on the one occasion I used them and reliability wasn't a problem, but they just weren't quite fast enough for my needs. I potentially got unlucky but can't risk having them replaced or I'll get my Facebook accounts banned for having too many IPs access the accounts.

MassPlanner, is working better with IP Authentication. Please change the authentication from User and Pass Authentication to IP Authentication. You must add your real IP in our control panel. If you are using a VPS, you must add the IP of the VPS.
We checked the speed of your proxies and everything looks ok. There are a number of factors that will determine the speed you get behind a proxy server. The most obvious factor is your Internet speed to begin with, and the distance between your physical location and the location of our proxy server nodes. For example connecting from UK to our US server corresponds to some thousands of kilometres long trip, and therefore some speed loss is going to be inevitable. The closer you are to our proxy server locations, the lesser chance you'll experience speed loss. Usually, our proxy will not slow down your Internet connection and your system to an extent that is noticeable.

Just to update people on this situation - it looks like my problem was the ping from my connection. I am based in the UK and the servers are based in LA and NY, so since using the proxies from a VPS based in NY MassPlanner seems to be working smoothly. I still have the same opinion as last time with the support - very responsive and look to get things sorted quickly. Very good service overall!
