Just ordered several sites from Yachi, her and her team come highly recommended by a fellow BHWer, excited to share her work once were done. Great communication so far!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I have had nothing but an absolute nightmare from this service. Here are the facts
1) Yachi said job would be completed within a couple of weeks.
2) 3 months later she delivered something that was not final.
3) She was paid $250 out of $300 and never delivered a single .zip file with the final files. (Claiming uploaded files are final)
4) I told her the additional $50 would be paid after the site was tested and signed off. (Site was never final or signed off)
5) Fast forward 6 months. I had not touched the site and it had been hacked. I'm assuming this was because of poor coding from her part.
6) When I approached Yachi for the final files here response was I delivered them on your server. I requested she send me the files in .zip format. She refused saying she had deleted them. She was paid $250 out of $300 and at no point was I delivered a final file with the site content.
It gets better. When I told Yachi if she did not deliver the final files I would shitlist her. Her response, 'Go ahead, I will ruin your business'

IF you need proof, then PM me. I have full chat logs of everything. I'm out $250 and have no site files due to incompetent coding and her refusal to deliver these files now.
So Yachi, what's your excuse for delivering 3 months after you agreed and now refusing to supply a .zip file? Files uploaded to a server are not final files and specifically told you the site was still being tested. And threating a buyers business when you expect a bad review?

Thanks for the feedback. After fighting with you in more than 100 emails, I am really tired to say anything. All files were uploaded to your server which means everything was handed over. Your project started one year back and after 1 year you need the files again because you messed with them and that too after not paying my money and running away. Please don't expect anything from me on this note.
