urngent ! i need help on a facebook ad

Hello guys. i created an ads on facebook. but after paying . and completing the ad. i notice that the link which im promoting is not working.
what i have to do now to i can edit this thing ? or to got my money back ?
the ad is not active yet

From what I can tell you can edit an advert / post once it has gone live. I had this happen before so I did a screenshot of the advert settings, stopped the ad and created a new one. It only takes a few moments.

but what about the budjet that you spend on first ads ?
i removed the ads but the money didnt refund to my bank .

You paid for traffic. You received traffic. What refund you want?

You will not get a refund for the money you have already spent sadly. You are able to amend the link and re upload you can do this in the advert facebook development page.
Sorry you lost your money - If you targeted your ads well hopefully it wouldnt have been served to too many people.

You sent traffic to an non working link, so sadly you cant get the money back.

You can't get the refund. What you can only do is stop your ads and create one.
Anyway, sometimes we get even with Facebook when our ads that is not according to their policy are being approved and they are not asking us to pay double of the amount. Example of this are photos with more than 20% texts

So you spent 0 dollars why do you want to refund 0 dollars?

If you didn't spend anything, just resubmit the ad with the correct link.

If the ad was paused before it went live, you surely did not spend your money. All you need do is input the correct link by editing the wrong one and save. I hope that helps.
