Wassup IM ers!

Not sure if this is right place for this thread , please move it if its in wrong section....

The situation:

I have a 1 years old website about clash of clans that gives gems for free and asks user to fill in surveys... The thing is my website sents emails to users that fills in form and most of email don't reach users, email goes to spam folder. I have checked IP address and some services blacklisted my server IP.
How can i fix that and is it possible?

Another thing is Norton internet security( and some others) have blocked my website as scam website.. Many users get notified straight away when visiting website that its scam website. Is there any way to fix this problem?

I was thinking to buy new domain and launch this website again ( am rebuilding it right now to new version with new interface and some better stuff to raise CR%), put 301 redirect to my old (scam marked) domain to redirect all the traffic and backlinks. I am afraid that this all-so will redirect all penalties and scam marks...

If i am going to use this service (https://href.li/) with my 301 redirect will it still redirect penalties to my new domain?

If you know anything about asked above please tell me. I am complete newbie in this stuff :(

301 redirects could also pass penalties. I guess its a miss or hit chance.

Yeah was reading about this but what about if i use (https://href.li/)? And what if i change my server IP? Will this remove penalty that makes my emails get in users spam folder?

So my question would be, "is this a scam?" I know a little about Clash of Clans, and I do know that it is impossible to transfer or give gems to another person. Each person can only buy gems with actual money.
My advice would be to do something legit

Yes it is scam, users don't get gems of course, and i have written this in website ToS that they wont get gems. I feel bad about this that i am making users to lose their time... To feel a bit better I made these ToS on my website where i tell users that they wont get gems. And for those who didnt read ToS and lost time to make me a bit of $ i give PDF book with guide how they can get Gems for free.

Obviously am not asking money or anything just surveys. This way i get a bit of income to be able to work on my other legit projects, to pay for my car insurance and petrol, gym and sometimes fastfood.

The think is to keep working on my other legit projects i need some $$ to pay bills and stuff and this website was making enaught but now its dying, that's why am asking this questions. Cos i want my side income back to keep focusing on other projects..

Thanks for this advice JCmcclain

I guess you have answered your own question. You surely need a better method. If they fill in your survey, they should get something in return right? If you say you are not giving away anything, in the tos, why on earth shouldn't people report your site? Even ppd files get lead reversal (most of the time these are legit files).. It's surprising that you survived so long.

No offense :)

Thanks for the answer :) The think is i don't get how they report my website? Why my IP got blacklisted, why Norton internet security warns website users, how they know that this website is scam?

And if i am going to start new website with new domain and 301 redirect to thrue href.li and then to my new domain will all scam penalties and blacklisting go to new domain?

Thanks

Your IP got blacklisted because of this:
The thing is my website sents emails to users that fills in form and most of email don't reach users, email goes to spam folder
Too many receivers mark it as a spam. My guess is that this is also the same reason why Norton is marking it as a scam (it somehow cross references your domain to blacklistes), although I could be wrong with that.

It is just a 50-50 chance and we can not say sure about it. Plaese go through the following links so that you could get a clear cut ides about it :

The reason users are marking it as spam is because they have already visited your site and either attempted to get gems by filling out a survey, or they saw the survey and realized it was BS.
In this case I don't think anyone is going to be responsive to any follow up emails.

Norton users can leave their feedback about websites here: http://safeweb.norton.com/

Check there to see if anyone has left a negative review about your site and what Norton thinks of your site.

Take into consideration that if you plan to operate your new website the same way as your current website, you're asking to be blacklisted/flagged/reported again.
