Hi All,

I have a client who is a blogger in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
I want to do some PR and advertising but looking for a unique selling proposition, something that will make her different.

Do someone have any idea?

Thanks

@extreme90, can you elaborate?

Hello Kaplan,

When it comes to the USP I do something different that, immensely helps me clarify what my clients do... and what their position in the marketplace is.

I change the "Proposition" to "Position"

Unique Sales Position

Use this simple formula to get started:

* She helps [this group of people]...do [this benefit(s)]...[better,faster,easier etc.] than [her competitors or common fashion knowledge]

I don't know your client, so naturally I can't tell you what makes her different. Hopefully this simple formula will help you on your way to clarifying what it is she does and how it may be different.

Cheers!

Thank you for that, I do think this way but never narrowed it down to a formula to help me clarify the message.

I say go back to the basics...
Find a similar product(s) in the niche. Read the reviews - negative ones show what people want and may be lacking in the marketplace, and read the good ones that 'wish' it had something.
Fill the hole and you have a USP.
