I just ordered a new authority Niche website and it is up and running as of today. It looks good.

Maulana and his Site Bolt Team suggest that I wait for about 4 weeks before I monetize my site so to make it natural to the Google algorithms and then the Site Bolt Team will start drip feeding links to my site.

Sounds good to me.☺

I'm preparing to order another authority Niche website next week.

1. I've sent a message to our team that sets up the keywords for the clients to get an up to date MS. I'm assuming you mean Monthly Search volume? Yes, our team will communicate with you until you are satisfied with the keywords you want to target.
2. We place 3 articles on the sites.

There are browser extensions that you can use to check PageRank of sites. I use "Open SEO Stats" for Chrome. But like I said, it will not show any PageRank until Google updates it. It actually will have PageRank because of the PR of the sites that are linking to it. But until Google updates the PageRank, you won't see it.

Do your people set the subject of the website and domain name? Or am I suppose to figure these things out and tell you?

The typical workflow is like this:
-After placing the order the submission team will research for keywords and domains proposal
-After keywords and domain are approved, you purchase the domain
-The submission team will ask you to provide cpanel or to install wp on purchased domain and then to provide wp admin
-The submission team builds the site template, articles, etc.
 
This is strange tho, I thought Google would've updated it by now. *sigh*
Sorry for my impatience, it is just that in the case study it took 1 month to see results. =/
