Whatever you decide to do, I suggest you start a journey on here so we can all follow along with you. I know that I would take a peak from time to time.

I was thinking about starting Dentist niche in my country, Bosnia/Croatia.

Great niche with lot of money.

I think there's a number of companies/individuals working with this kind of marketing, you might want to ask them for a few tips. :)

It's like Pepsi asking Coke about their recipe, do you think they will do it?

I was thinking of doing it myself, but I think local give faster results with lower prices, at least that's the problem where I live. PPC can work, but targeting KWs like implants or other high end services will be costly. I wanted to use 7878's method for 2 years now, but never grew a pair to jump on it, but I will in the next month or so.
Let us know if you did it and how it went.

You started the work?Website ready?
Then I suggest go with Medical Forum posting and Medical niche blog posting.
PBN will also help you.

Mostly companies based on USA and dentist market was so large, companies makes 2k-15k per client, but they did not tell us any tactics for marketing.

My website is on the process and I'm started marketing about my website.
Doctor's are not spend their time in any forum or blogs.

I work for someone in a different niche, they do webdesign + online marketing. The thing is there business is very well compartmentalized so I don't know how they do it. It is a profitable business.

Start with doing local search in your town or city. it will be much easier to get a ranking.
Fewer dentists to compete with

Dentist niche was large market, dentist website's are spends thousands of dollars for web development and digital marketing, so here are defiantly success.

Brand management in local search is good for marketing. and local SEO is most important for website ranking

I actually went to the dentist Monday, also checked his listing on google and he can definitely climb higher. I also noticed he had tons of available dates open so he may possibly need more bookings which i can help with (FB ADS and Rankings). Noticed he also had a negative review on Google, which i find to be false, as his staff and such are very nice and the Doctor himself, is a very nice man. I can possibly help out there as well. Have you guys tried any FB ADS for dentists, to help them book more clients? I know ranking them to the top position with 5 *'s would do well. Open to ideas!

Cheers
