Dentist Niche Marketing!!!!

Noticed he also had a negative review on Google, which i find to be false, as his staff and such are very nice and the Doctor himself, is a very nice man. I can possibly help out there as well. Have you guys tried any FB ADS for dentists, to help them book more clients? I know ranking them to the top position with 5 *'s would do well. Open to ideas!
