How to monetize instagram account with 700-1000 likes per image

Hello BHW,

As the name of the thread says I have IG account with 8k followers which gets 700-1000 per picture in fitness niche.
My account is not just motivation images and stuff like that. It is personal account my sister is into fitness and she is recording her progress on that account, as the fitness niche is much less profitable offline for her I thought that it is not bad to monetize that account online when it gets bigger.
One of the best things that I like about this account is that she is building that account manually, no software but it is going too slow for me as someone who was always working blackhat stuff.
I had an idea about motivation t-shirts, advertising some supplements and so on, but I would like to hear what does blackhatworld has to say
Also if someone has some advice on how to grow account like this more faster I would appreciate it. Currently she is mostly following users, making few likes and comments per day.

Well if it's personal I dont suggest cb and products unless she actually uses them otherwise she might start losing followers. Maybe make a site with her progress and other routines and such that she is doing and put adsense on it ? Fitness has a good cpm for adsense.

If she's really into fitness and knows what she's doing, it'd be a good idea to make a website or blog with her tips, recipes etc. You could make an ebook for free download if they subscribe, then you can offer them products or even your sister's own personal training service later on.
