Hi What I?m guessing is happening is that you?re using a credit card or bank for the payment which is getting declined by the bank. If you give them a call they should be able to resolve this for you. Alternatively you can use funds in your PP account to make the payment as well. If you are using PP funds and it is still being declined then calling Paypal would resolve the issue for you.
