you need backlinks to get ranked higher in google. maybe you'll rank for some keywords but you still need backlinks to go higher.

By posting 50 or 1000+ articles does not mean you get ranking, if its so easy then everyone on top and people are only busy in articles publishing.

You need to share full details about your site / product, and your SEO efforts, then maybe you will get some valuable reply from reputed member, otherwise its just a waste of time.

There is no benifit to post 50 articles if they are not unique or High quality. Post only one content per day but that article must be unique and relevant to your website.

Try to post your articles to high PR Websites like :
ezinearticles
hubpages
largearticle
goarticles
articlepoint

to get quality backlinks.

Writing 50 articles per keywords does not mean that you got ranking in google. You have to make sure that all articles are unique, research based, high quality and user friendly. One more thing, you also need to get backlinks from high authority sites that give ranking to your keywords in search engine.

You should be more worried about the indexation of your articles and the structure of your website. Chances are, if Google hasn't indexed your pages (which could be for numerous reasons - happy to explain these if you need) they've probably chose to do so with good reason.

Good ranking for yourself? For a client of yours? Good, my friend, is a very broad term. Good could mean: on the top of the second page for a keyword with absurdly high volume. Good in your case (at least I think so) could just mean you're generating traffic, enquiries and sales on a consistent basis.

Few points:

- Check the structure of your site, make sure you're making the most of your H1's, optimized page titles, no dup content and everything else that falls under the category of site architecture

- Make sure your content is on point (I personally avoid articles like "The 5 Best Ways to get Rank 1 in SERPS")

- Make sure your website is user friendly and easy to navigate; don't overcomplicate things

- Have some social signals pointing towards your site
