if all the articles were posted on High Authority sites means definitely will see the change n SERP. else try to post on Some high DA websites like huffingtonpost, moz, linkedin and so on

You need to do more task apart from content.
but do make sure, your not doing copy paste for other site , build unique content.

Content alone just don't get you ranking always if that content related to the keyword your targeting is already on few other websites. Check those websites which are ranking for your keywords, analyse their strategies and try to modify them to get better rankings than them.

Age of your Site, How much time passed since your content is posted. Get some Socials for a start than slowly move on to building quality properties. 50 articles per keyword is Something which I dont usually come across with. Keep us posted
As the major part of the question is already covered by fellow BHW folks, I'd just wrap the thread with the suggestion of experiment different stuff. Google has gone utter shabby for low quality contents. Make sure you write contents that could drive huge audience. Meanwhile, try your best to build quality backlinks from the web.

you need nice backlinks for high quality websites. I recommend to create good content that people will be interested in sharing it. For example, you can create a viral infographic or video in you niche. People will be share your content and you will get good links and ranking in google

If I were you I will target lesser content to start, 50 articles pages which of them do you target to get rankings for? Or are you targeting 50 keywords at a time? It's a quite confusing start unless you have a more sophisticated internal linking in place...Also, it's off page SEO that get your site real rankings...boost it up with PBN!

The articles need to help funnel users through a process to achieve their goal in researching your topic. There needs to be a helpful flow to the information, not just a bunch of random articles relating to the topic.

?? lol I don't see how donating to charity, sponsoring photo contests, offering discounts, providing testimonials is going to get you a good ranking on google.
