Giving up US citizenship soon

Fringe Benefits are taxable, so a company while in a high personal income tax location isn't really that good if you want alot of spending money now. Its better to just setup an offshore trust and build that up over time while also living in a low tax location.

WHat a smart move LOL from one shit into another.DId you ever heard about TTIP ?Next year the US laws are in the EU so say hello again to the US :D

Stop spreading bullshit conspiracy theories, TTIP is not about adding laws to the EU.

Move to a state with no state taxes. I have no state taxes thanks to Canadians. Thank you, Canadians.

The worst part is that they showed a 20 minute propaganda video lying to potential jurors about what they can do. They make it seem like only the evidence can be judged and not the law as well

Isn't it the case that the judge is the one who judges the application of law, and the jury is limited to questions of fact?

The grass is always greener on the other side.

Yeah, because it's fertilized with bullshit :)

In the U.S. the juries are able to judge the law as well and if they think the law is too harsh they can vote not guilty even if all the evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt.

A New Hampshire Rastafarian facing felony marijuana cultivation charges was declared not guilty on Friday because a jury believed that punishing him for the offense would be unjust.

59-year-old Doug Darrell was arrested in 2009, after a National Guard helicopter flying over his home found he was growing 15 marijuana plants in his backyard, according to WNTK. At Darrell's trial, PRWEB reports, jurors nullified the case against him.

Its just rare in modern times since the government doesn't want people to really know about it, and mentioning it in certain places can get you in contempt of court.

Good move getting out of this country, i honestly can't imagine people wanting to live there especially for everything they do to their citizens and other countries, come to Europe ;) Or Asia

I've always wondered, is jury duty post tracked? Things go missing in the post all the time so can't people argue they never received it?

Only registered letters are truly tracked, if they are put into an open to the public mailbox like what is most common in many areas then there is no record the person got it or not. There are secured ones you can buy but the problem is that you can't get away with claiming you did not got certain mail.

Open to the public one, mail can be stolen easy.

Example of a secure one:

That seems like it could be a family guy skit.

since you are giving up your citizenship can you consider the option of transferring it to me :)

Don't be so drastic...look up Puerto Rico...pay 4-5% income taxes and stay a US citizen. http://www.forbes.com/sites/robertwood/2014/07/04/hate-taxes-move-to-tax-free-puerto-rico-stay-american-avoid-irs/

There is still medicare, social security taxes that have to be paid and the property tax rates are as high as 8.8%

Most types of IM wouldn't qualify for the Act 20 tax breaks in puerto rico. Its only a few types of service export business that gained exemptions.
