Support issues are addressed at [email protected] but from your explanation I would assume the error is not related to the theme itself but to leaving open spaces in the geo blocking section without adding a country in. Let me point you to the last paragrahp of our user manual :

The Emtpy Needle Error:
This issue doesn?t happen too often and it because of an issue with some webhosting companies. After you have set up the plugin you see something similar to the following code appear at the top of your sites posts/pages:

Warning: strpos() [function.strpos]: Empty needle in home/USERNAME/public_html/wp-content/plugins

You will need to enter a country abbreviation code in the Like Jacker settings.We?re not 100% why this happens on some webhosts but the fix is really easy. In the Like Jacker settings for the Geo targeting you simply add the abbreviation code for a random country and click ?save?. You can use ?AF? for Afghanistan or any code of your choice but remember, the country that you enter in here means the Like Jacker won?t Like jack any visitors from there.A full list of country codes can be found here:

http://www.worldatlas.com/aatlas/ctycodes.htm

Simply use the 2 letters for the countries you want to block getting Likes from.

If this doesnt fix the issue please email support and they will sort it out for you.

Page reload, it says "Options stored" but License Status is still "Inactive" ?

Hi, if you're currently experiencing a problem with the license activation the best people to ask are the support team at [email protected] as they are the tech guys that will assist you in this. It sounds like a tech issue which I doubt someone else on the thread will be able to assist you with resolving.

The support team are there to help you and will do everything possible to resolve the issue you're having. They may ask you to supply them with details about your install that, due the security and sensitivity issues, would not be possible to post here in an open forum.

Hi , I own three big Facebook pages and run a website like Unilad, I have received over 400,000 unique visitors from Facebook every 2 weeks.

My question is, Do you think i could get away with putting this on my word press page and make them like another page? What would happen?

If i got caught, Would i lose the Facebook page i shared the website on, Or would my website get banned from Facebook? Or both?

Hi and thanks for your question. With Like Jacking it is a black hat method and with this shade of hat there is always a risk involved. As I will always say, IF you Like Jack with care and keep the number of Likes low then you can get away with it for, well, for ever. I have never lost a page or a site but that is no guarantee that I won't ever get caught.

If your pages are already getting Likes from your website then adding in 10% of Likes for the number that you get naturally then you can get away with things. It is what I have been doing. What gets people caught is when they send 100 Likes a day to a page that rarely gets any likes. It raises a flag with FB and they WILL come checking on things. However, the most likely course of action is that they will stop your website from being able to send Likes to any FB pages again.

They are not so trigger happy to shoot the FB page as it is possible to for someone else to be doing the Like Jacking to your FB page so they're happier to just ban the website that is doing the Like Jacking.

I bought it specifically because it said it works on mobile devices but after i bought it i learned they have to be signed into facebook on the browser and not on the facebook app, so its pretty much useless on mobile :/
