[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

Seems like you didn't read this from the first post, "*Disclaimer* - I am from the United States and all of this information is based on this location alone. I have no knowledge of this working elsewhere, although I'm sure someone can confirm if it is possible or not. "

im looking for confirmations.......... but theres none atm. thank you anyway for your very clever method.

@richexpert I'm outside USA and doing this for about 2 months. Didn't have any problems. There are also many more people outside USA making money using this method, so it's all okay.

Awesome method and one which I started just today! :) One question: Once product sells do you have to relist it (to make it look like it was an unwated gift) or should I just put down that I have 5, or whatever, in stock from the off?

For my items that sell often and don't run out of stock, I use the multiple quantity option. For the items that don't sell often or sell out on Amazon often I list as single items and re-list right after.

Thanks. Have already begun this method as I am SICK of SEO and pleasing Google.

Have 4x items listed on my local eBay. Have added unqiue and attention grabbing headers and body text.

How long did it take you to get 3k items up?!

Thanks for method. One of the rare ones I found that genuinely excite me and make me eager to try.

How do you deal with people that copy your listings? I see a few people that copy the exact listing and lower the price margins...

noob question I dont know if Im asking this the right way but if someone buys my listing on ebay, it would automatically be sent to the buyer by the amazon seller? or you would buy the item from amazon and dropship it yourself?

Great stuff, although I seen that many buyers on Ebay are vigilant and they notice these type of things and sometimes negative feedback will be left, I seen feedback something in the lines of "Seller orders from Amazon and ships directly to me, avoid!" and similar.

From the first post by OP :

Part 7 (Ordering): When you make a sale, you now need to buy the item from Amazon. Order your item using your Credit/Debit card and the billing address the card requires. For the shipping address, copy and paste the address of your buyer from eBay. That's it! Very simple.

Normally, you would buy the item from Amazon yourself, but you change the shipping address to your buyer's address from Ebay. So you pay the item and Amazon ships it to your customer. Some people would prefer get the item shipped to their place and ship it themselves mostly to switch packaging and avoid that the buyer receives an Amazon box.

I haven't ever had 3k listings active at one time. I would say that is the amount I have listed over the 2+ years I have been doing this. The point of so many is to find which items sell and which don't. Eventually, after listing that many, you will have a group of great sellers that you can continue re-listing. Just set yourself a goal like 5 items per day or whichever number you prefer.

How do you deal with people that copy your listings? I see a few people that copy the exact listing and lower the price margins...

It is rare that anyone ever copied my listings exactly... but I'm sure it does happen. Chances are that if someone is doing that, they haven't established a large number of feedbacks. If you keep expanding and selling, you will receive sales over those people because you will have more rep. People on eBay love having smooth transactions and a lot of times will pay more for a better seller.

I have seen feedback here and there like that, but I personally have never received one negative feedback about shipping from Amazon. If they ever ask, you can explain that you only use Amazon to ship your items to save on time. If someone does leave feedback, you can also talk with them and ask them what you can do to get them to revise feedback (refund, partial refund, etc.). Personally, I would rather refund someone than take a negative feedback although I've only had to ONE time in 2500 positive feedbacks.

Chances are that people receiving that feedback are shipping slower than they claim or not providing proper customer service. You have to treat customers as if you own an actual store and are talking with them. This is the biggest reason so many fail with this method. You have to learn how to communicate and treat customers. Ship on time, tell buyers to message you at any time if they have questions and notify them if ANYTHING is different than in the listing description.

I haven't had someone mention the Amazon box, yet. I don't think they really care, they care more for the shipping speed
and the item arriving in the proper condition and as described. Amazon is a TRUSTED brand anyways right?

I have question about the step with the amazon accounts , how to get new account when the prime period is over ?

Make another account...

I sold a item today. However, the item I bought from amazon do not ship to US Protectorates. So I have to cancel the order!
What a pity!! Where the amazon does not ship to in the US? I want to know the place they do not ship to in the US or how do
you handle this issue? One more question - can I use a fake US phone number when complete the shipping form as the buyer
does not provide one?

Ok here's my update.

Added 4x products to sell and since Monday I have gotten zero new views for them.

I know I have to add LOTS more but is it normal for them to have no new views?

Unfortunately I have to deal with eBay Ireland (and possibly UK) so not as much traffic as the US site...

Saying this though, should I mayeb target bigger ticket items - since there would be less competition? Hmmm...

Use your own phone number, it doesn't matter. All US shipping addresses should work. Maybe the person gave you a wrong address. Message and ask them if they have a secondary address you can send to. If the buyer bought an item from a place outside the US and you have it stated in your listing that you ship US only then nothing bad will happen.

Yeah you are probably dealing with much less traffic. I'm confused why you would be selling there though... Amazon will charge a ton to ship to those countries. You would be way better off using US eBay and shipping to US citizens. I do no know what you have to do to accomplish this from another country though. I do know people have had success doing it though.
