Yep. You'll have to go to aspkin.com. That forum is all about stealth accounts. You will have to buy the stealth guide in order to be taken seriously first though. It's like $30 or something and explains everything you need to know to keep your accounts alive and well. Anyway I bought an account there a couple weeks ago and it's looking good so far. You could also attempt creating your own stealth accounts after reading the guide.
Also should mention, I have a CAN account but am posting only on the US site. Maybe you can try doing the same thing. You just have to set the location of where the item is located to any random US area.

I have spoke with ebay on live chat and they say they allow you to have an account on .com and sell from usa whilst in UK. So you don't have to buy a stealth.
I feel a bit ignored here
I know that I must create new account , but the question is :
Different account from the same ip address , with same names , same address as the old one ?

You literally just make a new account, same everything except the email obviously.

I ship internationally with the eBay Global Shipping Program at no extra cost. Look up how it works if you aren't familiar with it.

I'm living in Canada. I have read the Ebay Global Shipping Program but they said this program is only available for US sellers:
From ebay website:
"Your eligibility for the Global Shipping Program:
- You must have a US seller rating of standard or above.
- You're responsible for your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations under the eBay User Agreement.
- The item must be physically located in the US.

i dunno, ebay is 3 big. :/
My ebay account recently got banned due to few order cancellation. Does anyone have experience with ebay paypal stealth accounts? How does one transfer payment through paypal using stealth account, is there any chance of paypal account getting limited .
