After you have lots of followers, you can add as much friends as twitter.com allow you to add. However, for new accounts which have very few followers, you should better follow my recommend setting. :)

How many followers would one need to have before one can start to increase the number of friends requested per day.

I have various accounts the highest only 704 followers and the account is 2 months old.

When can I start to speed this up and make some growth or is this a bad idea?

With your 704 followers and 2 months old account, I think you can try to add more than 100 friends per day now. Maybe 200-300 per day is ok. :cool:

I've used the software for about 24 hours now. I've been using Hummingbird for a few months and looking for something automated to follow users by keywords. This software seems to do it. I've gotten very timely help receiving the serial after sending $ through PayPal. For the price I would say it is definitely worth it. Thanks for your suggestion. However, I think the feature which you requested is just in our Pro version. There is a feature called "Sync Adder and Remover", it can automatically remove friends after it's added a certain time if he didn't follow back to you. So it can run 24 * 7 for you, never stop unless you force to stop it.

OK been running this for a few months now on one of my twitter accounts and happy with it.

improvment sugestions...

one:
option to only follow people who have a good ratio frends/followers because if you follow somone with 1000 followers and they are only following 10 people there is a no chance in hell they will follow you back so have a ratio system set up on who you follow... this can be done because i'm using an online srvice to do just that for one of my twitter account

two
set up a system to auto unfollow people you follow after a set amount of days if they don't follow back and autofollow back new followers instantly so you could just leave the program running all day

three
auto tweet have a list of tweets you can set up and tweet every hour/day etc like a tweet one tweet on the list in 30 to 60 minutes

four
a auto DM system to DM any member at at any time you set like you can at tweet later really need that system.

five
set a ratio on your follow list so you stay under the radar and can leave this program running to sort it out automatically.

six
unfollow suspended accounts, this would be good because they still stay following you on your count so would clear out some of the deadwood for you follow more people

ok granted i'm asking alot for the price i paid but i'm sure a few other members would love these features and they would pay for them.

but as for the program as it is i like it, but this market is improving daily on the tools coming on the market and i really think the improvements ive listed above is something you should look into ;)

I keep getting this error saying unable to locate companion shared folder. is it an eclipse issue.

I've bought both friendadder and accountcreator and I'm having a major problem with friendadder.

When I run a batch add on 40 accounts, it will work fine and add friends to 10-15 accounts and then for the rest of the accounts will give the following:

At first I though it was the fact that I was running it on a Windows 2003 Virtuozzo VPS with limited ram so I tried running on my home windows xp box with 3gb but it produced the same problem.

Tried the tweet version which I purchased and the previous twitter one. Same problem.

The accounts are not suspended or deleted as I can access them OK through the twitter.com/account link.

Also, when I start adding friends 1 account at a time it works OK. It seems it's the chaining of lots of accounts that causes the problem.


Has anyone else had this problem and did they find a solution?

This is a problem caused by the blank page that twitter.com server returns. I have found the problem and will try to fix it in the next update. :)
