No I don't have any proxies in Slovakia.
It would matter if the target site tries to block my access. I all traffic comes from a few C-classes, it would be easier to detect/block.

You need many different subnets if that is the case. It is easy for a site to block an entire subnet of IPs. Classes no longer play a part in IP routing for the most part.

So, I found a ACTProxy.
I buy 5 proxies, to test!
All proxies work VERY well.
The IP List update too fast, not in 30 minutes or 1 hour. I think in 2 minutes all proxies is available to connect
But... All proxies have diferent PORT. For me it is a BIG PROBLEM. I need to open port by port, one by one.... :\
However, the proxy is good and no have thead limit, I think.
I recommend!
Now I can buy more 100 proxies for sure that it will work.
