Can I see Some Amazon and Adsense Samples ?

Could you supply a sample of the Adsense and Amazon sites? Also, how are the domain names going to be chosen in regards to you doing the keyword research (i.e. give instructions on which site is targeting specified keywords?) Or are we expected to load the site ourselves on hosting provider with domain of our choice depending on the site content?
Or are we just going to be presented with a separate bill for a hosting and domain package offer?

For Site Bolt, the typical workflow is like this:
-After placing the order the submission team will research for keywords and domains proposal
-You may leave a note when purchasing the campaign about the EMD , and/or when the domain proposal is sent from submission team , you may also note submission team about the emd
-After keywords and domain are approved, you purchase the domain
-The submission team will ask you to provide cpanel or to install wp on purchased domain and then to provide wp admin
-The submission team builds the site template, articles, etc.
