We are not looking for just a service to hire, we are looking for someone to join our team on a permanent bases. You would be included in future decisions regarding the direction of the site and treated as a member of our team. Please only apply if you are willing to work on this project like your own.

Working Hours: Full time 42 hours per week.

Pay: €500 ($543) per month.

Skills required:

• Applicants should have a basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Must have a good eye for design
• Must know their way around social networking sites and especially Facebook pages
• Must be able to use initiative and follow orders
• Must have experience with using sites similar to 9gag, reddit etc.

Software needed:

• Photoshop
• Internet browser
• Google Hangouts

Times needed:
You should be able to spare 42 hours per week with a regular working pattern.

Job Role:
Your role may adapt and change as time goes by. For now your role would be finding content to post to our site/Facebook page.

Applicants task:
All applicants will be required to complete a short task to display their skill-set.

Stay away from this OP, He will surely cheat you easily & will not provide you any work. I have already talked to this person on skype. In the beginning he says to tell abt yourself & family, then later on he provides us PDF file interview application in that he tell us to do the work for 2-3hrs & also tell us to provide the links in end & after working around 2hrs & sending him report links he does not reply & his skype mostly shows away status & after next 2-3 days then he reply saying- we are still dealing with applicants so we haven't started to look at results yet. Please bare with us and good luck! If you want to take test of 2-3hrs then why you didnt mentioned it on thread?

Just stay away from this person & save your time!

Alltopics Interview Task
I would like you to look through our Facebook page
(https://www.facebook.com/alltopics) and analyse the content that gets posted.
Ask yourself questions like:
• What posts seem to do well and why?
• Are there any themes that crop up often?
• What demographic engages with our content the most?
• Who do you think our target audience are?
• Why do the teaser images look like they do?
• What kind of language do they use?
• Are they in bad taste or light hearted?
Using this information I would like you to search for a joke/story on the internet
that you think will do well once posted to our page. I would like you to use
Photoshop to turn the text into an image compete with a "linkbait" style title. And
also a text teaser image that is the right dimensions to be posted to Facebook.

When saving the images try to get them as small (filesize) as possible without
losing too much detail. Once you have finished, upload the images to imgur and
send me a link.
Also, if you were going to boost your post post through Facebook ads, how would
you target the post so that it reaches the correct audience: age range, genders,
interests etc...
NOTE: Use your full 2-3 hours for this, it's not a race. I want to see how much you
can take in and how well you can use your initiative.
