That's still relatively early on in the campaign. The most likely reason for a lack of movement though is a lack of on-page optimization. Please see our guide here for detailed on-page optimization advice:

You may also want to ask your friends about it since they appear to be using the service successfully and therefore likely know all about on-page optimization.
