For those of you who know me I have had quite a bit of success publishing on Kindle. I have now reached my capacity for publishing and the only way I can scale further is to either JV or hire a management team and more people. My preference is for a JV, else I will end up having to manage managers and I would much rather work with people who have a vested interest in the success of this venture.
I am looking to JV with people who can provide good quality fiction or non-fiction books that can be turned into a series and scaled on KDP.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
My process is based around choosing the best keywords / categories and then writing the book, either fiction or non-fiction, around them. So you really should be doing the above BEFORE you begin to write the book.
If you have already created it, I would need to see the book as well, but be aware it may need a total rewrite if you want to work with me.
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE:
My preference is for you to work with your own team producing the books. But if you don?t have your own book ideas or wish to use my outsourcers to come up with ideas / create the books, you are welcome to do so. Obviously you would have to pay them just like any other outsourcing task and they are not cheap!
DISCLAIMER: I am happy to accept any book fiction or non-fiction, but reserve the right to decline to proceed with the JV for any reason.

- Which 2 categories you would want the books placed into.
- The 7 keywords you would be using for readers to find your book.

Assuming I am happy to move forward I will: - Make suggestions on how the book can be improved to better appeal to its intended audience and make it more commercially viable.
- Improve keywords, categories, title and everything to do with uploading the book to KDP and provide you with step-by step instructions of how to do so. (Do this correctly and the initial marketing will take care of itself.)
- I will build and manage the author profile / website.
- Provide a full business model of how best to structure / scale the series.
