Need some tool or may be a professional s.e.o guy

Hello,

I own a call center and have been selling leads to local business within u.s for more then an year now. Back then I am doing surveys campaigns for a couple clients so I did not need much search engine optimization but now as I've got enough experience so I am planning to get into much better paying campaigns.

I've quite a few in mind but ofcourse I gonna need the leads buyers and for that reason I want to optimize my website so that I get in front of interested leads buyers directly without dealing brokers.

Btw I am interested in selling att, xfinity, uverse, dish in the home entertainment niche and also home improvement stuff if I find something good in it. I tried contacting att xfinity directly but unable to get the projects from them so now I am tryna setting up a website which gets me going.

Any tips greatly appreciated and you can also ask small favors in return. I am also open to pay anyone for the s.e.o service.

Per your title:

Whenever I'm confronted with choosing between a tool or a professional, I choose the professional.

I just tend to have more arguments with tools than pro's.
