Hi. My code is 550bef1bd6c09 . i ordered 100k views and this video must be in 285000 but it has been dropped for 4 times. My video is harmed by these views . hopefully it will be solved but please cancel this order because my video's views is not being increased. It is always dropped please cancel this order. And i will look for what happen and then i will order a new one for this video. In addition i have another one. i have ordered 1k views for my some videos. however they are not completed although it happened before about 3 days. Seems like the views is updating very VERY slowly. Usually I get 10k views/12 hours. But on my 100k order I've recieved 17500 so far. (Can see it in the Real Time Statistics) My video only shows 197 views though. Strange. Have another 100k order on the waiting list, but I wont submit it to the queue before everything updates.

It's normal the 'add funds' doesn't work, they've put the deposits on hold until they've fixed it.
I've had the same problem and support told me.
