Hi, all support is usually done via the support desk and I was speaking with you and giving you advice via PM as we'd spoken via PM when sending you the discount code.

Support doesn't take forever and I was only giving you advice about Like Jacking in general rather than providing you with product support. We created the user video guide and the PDF guide to assist customers with setting up the plugin and if you run in to any problems getting it set up then please do contact the support team so they can assist you.
