We don't offer api access, you will get a fixed socks list which will stay the same ip and ports , but the ip
ort "ports you access" will rotate automatically to new ip randomly. contact us on skype and test it out so you see how it works!

No its not a dedicated IP all the time, each port is linked to a unique IP address which changes every few minutes, so you cant access PP with a new IP every time!
