Apparently when you cancel a paypal subscription his system cuts off your ips automatically, and there was a glitch, up until this i haven't had a problem with his server or uptime of his ips at all. I had a $500 dollar package that was custom done for my needs and it performed very well up until this poitn fi I need proxies in the i would go with these again a++ service.
