thanks for this tutorial. i checked the serps and only saw the seo competition you mentioned (135,000) with the keyword in quotes. is this correct? kw in quotes mean the user is more targeted. but only works with enough volume

The keyword in quotes is for an exact match for the keyword phrase, so yes it will be more targeted.

Keyword without quotes is a broad match, which will pick up a wider range of results.

At this point I am a bit stuck when it comes to creating content. If we take your example keyword of "how to overcome depression" and want to wright an article targeting that keyword, then obviously we would wright an article that talks about how to overcome depression. However that?s really a multi-part topic that can cover a huge range of topics like diet, exercise, CBT, supplements and so on. Each of these topics should be an article in them self.

So then if I was to wright an article that covers "how to overcome depression", would I have it briefly cover things like diet and exercise, but then still have separate articles on the site for each of these topics with more details? Maybe within the "how to overcome depression" article when I cover a topic briefly I also have a link to the more detailed article on that topic? Or would I be better off finding a way to not have so much repeating information on my site?

My main goal is to gather emails and run an auto responder email list. I would assume at that point if they sign up to my list it?s fine to cover some, if not most of the same topics already on my site, as long as it?s changed up for the email list.

Hi Freddy I started A few web 2.0 and video sites and shortened all my links what I am so curious about is the clicks on the links are say 20 and that seems to translate to hops of 200 How can that be Everything is shortened so surely each visitor does not go back so many times any clue Still waiting for first sale but I am in for the longer game as the depression niche is just fascinating when looking at the social media side Had a little rejection from Facebook group as already the book had been shared but my mindset is that James has proved it can work so even if only one more person is helped it is not spam just the way we have to get the message across It would be better if some were not selling it in such a hard way as in my opinion it devalues the image.

Okay guys, I've pulled over 500 keywords via Long Tail Pro and uploaded them to One Drive. A good number could be duplicate with the ones offered in the product affiliate page, I haven't actually checked that at all. Non-generic stuff, all keywords are relevant and at least 3 words long which could be pretty sweet KW research juice coming along your way.

I haven't also checked the competition for each one in details however I've removed a lot of them which would be extremely hard to rank for. It's still a good starting point to pull more long tailed ones out of these, and do your own diligence in terms of competition. Hopefully that could help someone.

That is exactly what you could do. Have your main page as a brief outline on how to overcome the illness, then each paragraph could be one that links to another page on your site that goes into more detail on things like diet, exercise, CBT etc.

Hops are not always a true indication of a "real" visitor. We have found that a large percentage are actually generated through spiders/bots reading your page then "hopping" through to the sales page. If at any time you are unsure of how many actual "real" visitors you have sent, email us and we will show you a screenshot of visitors/uniques you have sent and their time on page etc.

Yes, I agree, spamming is not the way to promote our product and we absolutely detest it. As you said, it devalues the product, but also it is on a topic of mental health which is quite a sensitive subject so we do not condone any sort of spam methods to promote the system.

I recommend, as always, to use only unique content on your site. The articles are good to use as an email mini-course for your opt in list.

Honestly, you don't need a programmer.

Building a website is extremely easy with Wordpress. You just buy a domain/hosting, install wordpress and pick a theme. There are tons of themes out there you can choose from, many of which you can get for free from the download section of BHW.

Don't delay in doing this, wordpress is extremely easy to use and very effective. Within 1-2 days of messing around with it building your site and adding pages/posts will become a natural thing to do.
