Mancar, how do you know that I never promoted another CB product before? Can you tell me where I shared such an information? And who told you that this was my first venture in IM? Can you tell? And most importantly, who told you that CB is my main focus in IM? Where did you read that?
The fact that other people do not come here boosting about their sales and relationships with affiliates like you do in all the threads you contribute to, does not mean that other people here do not make money from IM... Maybe much more than you do with much less work.
CB was an experiment for me. But everything I have experienced, that means "quality" of the platform itself, choice of "vendors", transparency, availability of "analytics", level of actual products being sold there as well as "sales pages", rights of affiliates and access to information, etc. was simply bad, sometimes even ridiculous. Shaving was just a last drop...
But it's like that, IM is still a young business field, therefore completely crappy companies like CB, or Flippa for example, can be market leaders in their respective areas. They were first, and first one typically takes the prize. At least for some time.
I wished people here were more creative, have their eyes open, look for different ways, do not make themselves slaves to companies like Clickbank... But unluckily for them, members like you do not help them in this aspect at all, even though having good intentions. My intentions are different than yours, and therefore we will probably never agree on a thread about CB. But it is just okay, until you turn the thread to knid of "you failed" "you will not succeed in IM", "I am king, I know everything, you know nothing", "IM is not for you" thing and making up things about me that aren't true. Than it is not okay anymore, and you should think about yourself, because apparently you have a problem.
The bulk of my affiliates are not in the US actually (I know my top ones are from UK, Hong Kong and Mexico), so yes I do know what I am talking about.
Yes, many people fail on their first attempt at clickbank because they don't know what they're doing (bad traffic or crap product), but usually they will realize that something may not be right from their side, and they come here and ask questions. Those of us who have been in the game for a while will help them as best as we can (sometimes the answer lies in promoting a different product, sometimes they are using a ppc platform that does not convert, sometimes their video lacks a call to action, sometimes their targeting is subpar, etc etc). They will take our advice, and viola, a few days later they'll come back are report that sales have starting coming in.
You are the first one that just because your first attempt has failed (you have said it yourself that you are promoting just one product) has came here guns blazing and claimed that CB is stealing ALL your commissions. With this kind of attitude I can tell you 100% that you will fail at IM, irrespective of which platform you choose for your promotion. I say this with the best intentions. Do yourself a favour, and don't waste your time at IM; it just isnt for you.
