Hi Phobos,
1. While it's not compulsory, it is certainly recommended to use additional link types to diversify your site's anchors and backlinks profile. This will only help your results as well as their longevity.
2. This largely depends on the type of niche you are in as well as on the amount of content on your site. Thin sites in highly competitive niches will struggle to break through to first page unless an effort is made to regularly update the site with fresh and unique content in order to boost the site's authority and freshness criteria.
3. When dealing with just a few hundred links like in these packages, it is fine to blast them all at once or drip them over a short 10 days period. For higher quantities of links (1000+) it is still recommended to drip them out over 20-30 days.

I have been using High PR solution for a year under several domains.
The results were very good except one domain got caught by manual action.
Just placed a new order # I-MTW3BY4E4J0B: "100 PR4 Links".

The high PR links are non-contextual, but are still some of the strongest links you will find anywhere. However, if you want to use contextual links, then you can opt for the additional buffers option in tier 1.
As for your Alexa ranking, SEO does not really have a direct impact on it. Alexa ranking is a measure of how "popular" your site is due to the amount of visitors it receives. Having said that, if you rank your site well with this service, then your Alexa ranking would subsequently go up as well due to an increase in the amount of search traffic.

Hi Sumarlin,
thank you for the quick review and the results are certainly decent. Having said that, it may be a good idea to throw in some diversity to climb even higher and even out the link & anchor profile and keep the velocity up. Even though our PR links continue to grow in strength over time, it is never a bad idea to throw in a little contextual layer, maybe a few (P)BN posts. some Web 2.0s, et. al.
