I've been using the PR3-6 links since March 2014. I have several sites which allows me to gauge them all. It's worked really well. I actually had one site that we did keywords for that breeds puppies. It's seasonal so we dropped the keyword and then the rankings dropped. We started the campaigns back up again three months ago and are #6 for a 75,000/month search. The domain is aged so that helps.
Results do vary, but there are always results. Sometimes they are incredible, sometimes they are good.

Orderer 100 mixed for my less important keyword and after 9 days it jumped from #22 to #14. Can't wait to see what will be the rankings at the end of the month.

returning customer i have one package for the 130 PR3 links that worked really well and just returned for a massive package of 600 mixed high PR links,
been 2 weeks and seen a good initial climb hopefully should see a little more in the next week or 2 again, will be back to report then, monthly reports are alwayys on time and well set out

I order last month on the 20th for 130 links. Reference ID is I-H0ECJX8BGAR9. Seems like only keyword 1 is ranking. As for keyword 2 and 3. They are still not in the top 300? Could it be because they are a two-keyword for exampe " table lamps" ?

Please bear in mind that results are always more gradual with the buffers. However, your site could use some on-site tweaking (more content) and on-page optimization (for your targeted keywords) to get the maximum results. For more information, please see our guide here:
