Can i assign proxies to each account ? ,didn't find anything about it in tutorials.

When a watch folder process fails, they are marked as completed when they aren't complete they have failed but because tumbling jazz moves the images to it's own watchucmdpload folder I can't redo the failed process because the images aren't in the watch folder anymore.

Can you sort this out please.

Rootjazz,

I paid for the program a few days ago now, last week, and I still haven't received anything regarding download, installation, etc. What's going on?

Thanks!

yes, each account is tied to a proxy, then ANYTHING that account does goes through the proxy

Hi, if you want support, please go to the support forum
http://rootjazz.com/forum

or get in contact via email, it is listed on the
http://rootjazz.com/contact.html

http://rootjazz.com/tumblingjazz/contact.html

I am only allowed to post in here every 2-3. Watched images are moved out of the folder so they are not detected again. They are moved to a watchedwaiting folder, if they fail to upload, they will still be in the watchwaiting folder. There is a feature request to better folder the images in the watchedwaiting folder, so I guess I add your vote to that

Have this been resolved yet?

I guess so. Some mail providers block our mails, sometimes users don't have access to their paypal, sometimes the server fails. I am easy to contact, quick search of the website should find out multiple ways to contact. Simple send your payment email and all details will be resent

Emails / forum checked multiple times a day, at most you would be waiting a few hours for a response (working week)

Hello, do you offer trial / discounts?

thanks
Discount price is in the thread OP, no trial. Reasons detailed throughout the thread.

Can you fallow by reblogs only, instead of all the notes?
No, all notes are pulled I'm afraid

I did submit a ticket and I contacted you directly by email - neither one generated a response. I'd like a refund please.

Of course, but I need to know who you are in order to refund. Also, please let me know when you submitted a ticket (and what you mean by this as I do not have a ticket system), if you mean forum post, please post it up. Also, let me know what date you sent the email. Every support request is answered, usually with a few hours.

Obviously, you need to take into account time difference. If you send me a mail at 2200 on Saturday, then at 0500 Monday morning, that isn't exactly unanswered support requests for 3 days ;-)

<edit>
I have gone through all outstanding emails / support forum posts and have nothing requesting a refund. So please do forward any send correspondence as I will need to investigate why it did not come through

Thanks for the reply. Was trying to use up some paxum money but got rid of it now. I'll pay via paypal.

Due to customer feedback, many new features added last week.

* Custom account tagging with spintax persistence for the action item.
Never again say "I just wish I could do this" With custom tokens you can now do whatever you can think of. Load manually or bulk load from file across all your accounts. Randomise your URL links with consistency across all meta values (src / click thru / desc)

Greater control over your db records of previous actioned items.
Probably doesn't mean a lot, but for power users a useful feature

Signup updated to new recaptcha (added a while back, but included it here to pat our own backs ;-)

Hash tag popularity search
Need to find popular hash tags related to your niche? Then add your main tag to the hash tag search, then get an output of all the tags in usage order that posts returned by the search used. Search recent results to jump on trends, or look at popular results to get all time popular tags.

Improved support for scraping to work from file paths to bulk fire scrape actions

Along with the usual weekly updates / improvements / little fixes

Hi
i am using your tool and when i add outlook accounts to it and try testing it, it says "there is a problem with your login information"
I checked the account on my browser and it is fine. Can you please fix this bug.

Recently bought your bot but i'd often get this error "* ERROR: Upload Image Meta: parsing "\(\(bitly-rand\)\(.*?)\)" - Too many )'s." while uploading images. Any idea why ?

PLEASE GUYS, no support here. This is not a supported supported channel. Emails or the support forum

Code:
support[at]rootjazz[dot]com
http://rootjazz.com/forum

I know it may seem unusual, but we do provide support. The support email is all over the website, there are contact forms on the website, there is the support forum. All this is easy to find on the website. It is in the app under HELP

As mentioned above, I am *NOT ALLOWED* to reply here too often, it is considered bumping. Hence I do not check it daily. If you want to post your issues here in the thread to let others know, but all means. I run a public support forum so everyone can see current issues / problems / questions from users, I have no desire to hide anything. I make no statement the program is perfect (I update it / add too many features to keep it perfect) but by having this information public, users can see yes there are issues, but they are acknowledged and fixed within a few hours. This I *do* want people to see.

So if you want to post your support issues here, do so, but ALSO email me / post to the support forum where they will be answered

"there is a problem with your login information"
Your login information is wrong or the proxy doesn't work.

For more details, email me the logs and I will tell you exactly

* ERROR: Upload Image Meta: parsing "\(\(bitly-rand\)\(.
Fixed,

:10:

You gotta be kidding, it takes ages, 36hrs minimum.
I refute this. If you can show me your email history, or forum threads, where I have consistently not replied for over 36 hours, you can be refunded and keep the program. Hell, I will give you licenses to all my programs. Doesn't even have to be your forum posts. Go look at the support forum and show me consistent 36+ hr replies and my offer stands (benefit of an open support forum)

But do not waste my time showing me that you emailed me at 2300 on a Saturday and didn't get a reply until Monday morning one time! Nor that one time it was 36 hours where all other times as <12.

Support emails / forum posts are checked in the mornings and again in the afternoon. Occasionally I may miss a post / mail, I won't lie, I am but human, but this is the exception not the rule and not what you have falsely stated
