Thanks for your research and bringing up to our notice about this negative talks.

I see that you have put efforts to find our reputation on public forum, which looks like u just did not want to contact us. Neverless, I want to say how could you be so judgmental from a random NEWBIE post in eworldhosting, where the profile looks like it was just created to make wrong impression of our company. Why could it not be a post from our competitor? If he was a client, with that cheating motive he would have also produced evidence of cheating.

Sorry to say, you could have reconsidered before posting.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say DiggDigital is campany providing hosting in the brand of Parkinhost. We do not have two website providing hosting nor have nulled whm.

Only thing I understand is that you really are a company to avoid. And you know why they say those things? Because you have awful customer service, just like they said.

lostconnection, we have expaned our support Team since November and providing good service. In our ininitial days we had minimal no of support employes compared to now. We are full fledged now.

Then maybe you should contact the forum owners and work something out or contact the person who posted that and work something out if that is the case. You will lose business having those negative results up and if you are a true professional, then you would want that removed.
