You have to understand that I look at shoes as a hobby. I did not know that buying shoes out of a store and selling them would be considered a "business". I don't have a set product coming to me. I literally walk into the store and buy popular shoes and sell them. I'll spend $2.5k and would make $1200 profit each visit. We all are hear for trying to get around the system so why would I lie? I'm telling yall straight up. They said I was making too much and shoes are a high risk. I basically felt like they were trying to say I was robbing trucks or stealing from the store

It is still business related and not hobby related. You should inform yourself before starting selling things. In the eyes of PP it is all business related and they don't care if you do not go the right (with or without knowing).

You are wrong. The issue was they wanted the receipts for every item sold because I went from using PayPal minimally to selling at such a high rate apparently.

Dude, a LOT of times, when they ask you for receipts they have already decided to ban you, and you will be banned no matter what you turn in.

Thank you! So false info on PayPal and link a different bank account? Does the info from the bank have to match the info on PayPal? Ex.. Paypal says John Doe but bank account under Michael Thomas?

Understand, if I have a 40% discount and movr for retail, I wouldn't have proof of $15k. I would only at best have 60% proof of $15k as the rest was profit. Ex. Lebrons are $200 before tax. Probably $220 total. Where I live there's no tax. So I get 40% off $200. So I pay $120 for a $200 before tax shoe. Then I move them for retail.

So I never would have $15k worth of receipts. They weren't hearing that when I was trying to explain it

Dude, we're not attacking you for lying. I think you're just naive in that you believe 100% what paypal tells you. Guess what? A LOT OF TIMES THE REP IS EITHER MISINFORMED OR LYING. What they're telling you without actually puttting it into these words is that you're not an authorized reseller of highly faked items, you just dramatically ramped up the sales of these highly faked items, and eBay is uncomfortable with that, and they would rather not do business with you because you fit the profile of someone who sells fake shoes.

This is the risk you take when you sell VERO items on eBay/paypal. All it takes is a couple of anonymous complaints that you won't even hear about to get you shut down. Quite often it doesn't even matter if you're selling real items.

The "getting back on paypal" part should not be that difficult. How to do that has been answered many times, and you should be able to find it here if you look for it. The problem is that if you sell high risk items, the exact same thing is going to happen some time down the line. The "business vs personal" paypal may be a just an excuse to ban you.

Use payoneer card. Its free and you get Prepaid Card + Virtual Bank Account

Not technically free, they charge you 30 USD for it. Payoneer ripped me off by charging 60 USD, 30 USD for the card and another 30 USD for 'annual fee'. Don't forget there is also transaction fee.

And OP, "... my ID, SSN, proof of address and receipts..." You are from the good old' USA which makes things much much easier to verify and open. Why don't you submit those and be done?

There are many people out of the US who have their account frozen and can't take a penny out until they provide American ID SSN etc. I'm a victim of Paypal Mafia, got cash all locked up and frozen in Paypal.

Should be much easier for you to get your account back.
