My PayPal was permanently limited yesterday for making too much in a 3 month window.

My items weren't sold on eB. I would just list my items on IG or sneaker FB groups.

How can I make a new PP to continue selling? I don't have any other bank accounts besides the savings account setup for my son. His name attached but under me.

I spent on a ton of new items the morning of the lockout and need to get back selling immediately.

What do I need to create a new PP and get back to selling? Just make up a new name, address, phone number and a new email? I don't have another bank account besides the one for my son. I don't have another card neither. Both were linked to my PayPal.

Just open a new bank specifically for PP?

OP need to know the basic stealth account and how PayPal tracking their user. Until then, you can't beat their system and they will come after you again.
 
then open an account using your wife name?
 
I didn't do anything wrong. I completed the list of items they needed me to provide and still was closed.

will they be able to trace another bank account back to me? Do I just make up fake info and use a prepaid card?
 
Use payoneer card. Its free and you get Prepaid Card + Virtual Bank Account :)
 
I need one too send me your price, not expensive one ! I ssuddenly can't log in to my 2 years old stealh account for some weird reasons, and i 'am almost sure i can't recuperate it !

You have joined a week ago and claim that the people who are already providing Paypal related Services here are your resellers. You must be trolling or you would have been Banned before on this forum and now you still think that you are posting from your old account. Wake Up Pal. It's 2015 and you been banned prolly :cool:
 
Help needed please. Rent is due in 2 weeks and my son's 4th birthday is coming up next week. I really need to get back to selling to help with his party and presents. Help is much needed and appreciated.

sounds like you got banned because someone reported that you sold fake sneakers, rather than selling too much.

You are wrong. The issue was they wanted the receipts for every item sold because I went from using PayPal minimally to selling at such a high rate apparently. Selling for hundreds over so many months to making it a full time thing and selling for thousands a month and not knowing to upgrade to a business account as I hadn't considered it a business when all I do is buy shoes discounted and sell them for retail or more.

Seems I have been wrong about my definition of a business all these years.....
Its not hard to upgrade your PP account to a business account OP

dont know why it's hard to believe. On Saturday my account was limited. I called and they said between November and December I had made $15k. They said prior to that I had only made $1600 for the whole year. The items (Jordan's, Kobe's, Lebron's, Kd's) have been red flagged as high risk because. They asked a copy of my ID, SSN, proof of address and receipts. I sent in $6k of receipts and everything else. They said I MUST provide the other $9k to have my account limit lifted. Not one single person ever opened a claim on me. I find it odd as much as you do but it's the God honest truth. They said I should've been operating under a business account cause its way too much for a personal account. Their words.

Exactly. So send them the proof they require, upgrade to bus account. end of......

You have to understand that I look at shoes as a hobby. I did not know that buying shoes out of a store and selling them would be considered a "business". I don't have a set product coming to me. I literally walk into the store and buy popular shoes and sell them. I'll spend $2.5k and would make $1200 profit each visit. We all are hear for trying to get around the system so why would I lie? I'm telling yall straight up. They said I was making too much and shoes are a high risk. I basically felt like they were trying to say I was robbing trucks or stealing from the store

And im telling you, I DONT HAVE $15k WORTH OF RECEIPTS! I sent them all of Decembers receipts. I get 40% off of shoes. Even with all the receipts I wouldn't have $15k worth. I even matched up each shoe on the receipts with the invoices sent for them. They even emailed customers as they texted or emailed me and they said they're item was as described. That's why this is all frustrating to me. I'm just tryna get back to selling on my Instagram and Facebook groups
