I just wanted to see who everyone recommends for getting high risk merchant accounts? I have had great success with asapmerchant.services but I want to see what other options are out there as I am wanting to get a back up account (due to chargeback issues). Any suggestions?

Defiantly chronopay, psbill, instabill and gspay check them carefully for good and bad reviews.

I have used instabill and asapmerchant both and have had great success. Asap was able to get me a better rate.

Stripe is one that works for you there.

Gspay is still good but you need to carefully check their tos and make sure you can use them. Long ago they were better but over the years their policies have become stricter.
