Forcing Instagram administration to ban target account

The goal is: to ban target Instagram account.

Instagram is a world-class tool, that probably has closed major security holes long time ago. However there are strict regulations that allow Instagram admins (and will force them to do it) to disable user's account.

• May be someone can share or has ideas how one can abuse the system in order to get target account blocked?
• What do you think about using fake-impersonation? (Using Facebook account with fake id's scans. Send request from a "true" owner claiming fake identity usage)
• May be it is possible to compromise target's account using one of the auto-like software programs?
