Need to hire an experienced Blackhatter....

I am looking to hire someone (an experienced Blackhatter) to set up four sites for me on private servers and get a good link service to get the sites ranked highly with a few specific keywords.


I know this is possible, I just don't have the time or wherewithal to figure out how to find the best servers and/or link services to make this happen.


I will create the sites myself, I'm literally just looking for someone to put them on a protected server and sign me up for a powerful (non-spammy) linking system.

Important: I want to work with a person (not a team) and I don't want to be your experiment, where you would test stuff out using my websites... only want someone who has done this before and has gotten good results
