What exactly do you mean with this? Should I put ads with custom audience and ads without custom audience into 1 campaign?

I mean that it is preferable not using only custom audience for your campaigns but also classic ads with interests broad categories, Behaviors or even connections. Personally 80% of my campaigns was from userids and facebook emails and I had not any problem.
