Sometimes you need to refresh the page and login to faceids again. I am working to fix all the bugs and issues. The program automatically removes duplicate users. If the problem exists, please pm me the fanpage that you try to extract audience.

I always split test the ads and this is why I use only dark posts.
I checked the pics and I believe the targeted audience list has a small amount of users. Add more passionate users to your list so facebook optimize better your ad.

I am working in this issue and I will fix it very soon. Also, you have the option to select extract audience only from posts through the page. Check the "How it works" Section. Thank you for the understanding. I will notify the users when this issue get fixed.
Hi filmosophist, I can't pm you because I have not enough post. I want to extract fan from the BigKool fanpage, the one with more than 650k likes. I just try to login and connect to facebook again to extract audiences but the result is the same, just more than 900 emails.
I tested 3 ads to find the one which convert for me..I'am selling on average 3 t-shirts a day and I' have a nice profit.I'am not going to close this ad until at least reach my goal but i think that i will surpassed the target and keep my ad active until reach the custom audience..Then i will add more audience form faceids..Really thank you for your tool..

Maybe the page you tried to extract, doesn't have many passionate audience.

Stick to passionate audience. For me it works better.

Here is a question to all :: is this just happening to me or anybody else too??
after searching the facebook page when i extract users they are downloaded as csv file but..... everytime every different page the same csv is downloaded.
All those who have tested successfully did you get any such error?
the csv starts with name Abbi Pickering.

here is my update from my last post. same happened when i tried to download passionate users, worked good for the first fanpage but gave the same result for second fanpage. the other option extract by post works great.
overall it is a great service.

What exactly do you mean with this? Should I put ads with custom audience and ads without custom audience into 1 campaign?
