PPC/CPA on instagram

Hi there again, people!
I'm not 100% sure about the thread section, so please forgive me if I've done a mistake putting it under "Instagram"

I've got a couple of questions for the community:
- Where do you get the "surveys" or the "email subscriptions" to monetize you instagram accounts with CPA? I mean, if I post a pic of a brand who wants to be publicized by me, with a link of their websites, will the survey be procured by the brand itself? Or have I to add something in the link they want me to promote?
- What's the best (in your opinion) website to start monetizing with CPA on instagram?
- About the PPC, is it even possible to monetize (I know it is about very smaller amounts) with instagram? I mean, the websites which provides PPC offers, asks me to publish a banner, which is impossible to do on instagram, and not a link.
- If it's possible, what PPC websites do you guys use for instagram?


Yeah I literally suck in these kind of things, I'm sorry for the stupid questions.
