Hey guys I'm new here to this community, I've been snooping around for a while now but would today like to share a bit with you guys. I've worked and contacted many PPI businesses in the past to advertise my software. Here's a list of a couple networks with their minimum requirements and how I personaly feel about them. If you've had any experience as an advertiser with these networks or others please feel free to let us know in the discussion!

minimum deposit: 100$ (maybe even less)
service: 7.5/10
Skype communication with many of the staff, sometimes not able to fix minor issues. Dashboard is very slow and sometimes buggy, but alot of features, basically everything can be done from their dashboard: upload new .exe, start/pause campaign, upload logo/agreements, bid rates per GEO, add funds, etc.
value: 6/10
The big advantage with 7install is their low deposit requirements compared to others. The price to pay for this is, well, very expensive costs per installs. US installs are about 2.50$-3$ each, tier 3 GEOs (Russia, India, Brazil, etc) are 0.12$-0.20$.
