Although I'm not the creator of the bot I do use it and like it.
I imagine you can benefit by it in the same way you'd benefit using it for any business you are promoting.
You can use the bot to build up followers in your tumblr accounts and then post a few ads about your business in the blogs. Be sure to open up a few accounts that are relevant to your niche or product and then let the bot do the rest.
The bot saves you time while it likes, posts content and reblogs for you instead of you doing it manually.

can tumbling jazz work with public proxies? or it has to be private proxies?

Any private proxy provider should be good enough
IT will work with public proxies, if the public proxy itself works. Whether tumblr is more likely to ban you for a public proxy is another discussion
The program is a windows desktop application. In order to run it on a Mac, you will need to use a VM such as Parallels / VMWare etc
Another option is to rent a VPS web server in which you can run the program 24x7. A VPS is a remote machine you access and control via remote desktop, VNC

I have heard "Rumors" about tumblr ghosting accounts that use bots, i was wondering if accounts get ghosted with tumblingjazz, and also if anyone can give examples of recommended settings to use while botting. Thanks so much!

I've never heard of any 'ghosting' with Tumblr before. I know Reddit does that but if Tumblr did do it then they wouldn't need to keep shutting down blogs - but they still do. So I am assuming they don't 'ghost' .
To keep from having your account shut down is next to impossible to ensure IMO. If you use bots simply create many accounts, try to not make it obvious you are using a bot - meaning set likes, reblogs, follows, to act like they are being done the way a human would, post few links etc... - and have other accounts ready to replace the ones that are shut down.

Same, I haven't heard of ghosting, but tumblr is ban happy, especially in the NSFW niches.
I always err on the side of caution, just because the daily post limit is 150, doesn't mean you should post 150 a day, or hit the followers daily limit day in and day out. I always keep WAY below the limits.
Sorry all review copies went out ages ago, bit of a waste of time as only a handful actually posted a review. But as the app wasn't new when I made the BST (was about a year old) review copies weren't really necessary as there were lots of users and most bugs / issues were already fixed. What I can say about your other products is that they are made well, As I have at least one or two of them and have for sometime. In fact I would have easily purchased your Tmblr$ bot had I not made a purchase of 3 others prior to learning about yours during the time when I was earning from Tmblr$ heavily a couple years back.
I may still make a purchase should I decide to pick back up with that again.
And of course I would love to give a review of your product whether a review copy or purchased.
