hey got a question.. I have the free version, I'm having trouble getting the connection to go thumbs up for gmail? how do you setup the proxy? im new to this so I'm trying to learn how to do it but can't seem to figure it out! any help would be great thanks!

Please see our proxy tutorial in the knowledge center (there's a big blue link at the top of your dashboard) and if you still have trouble. The "Support" button within the application will allow you to contact us directly via the appropriate channels.

Your password is created during the sign up, it asks you for one (required) before completing. If you need more assistance, please use our support email (support[AT]perfectsidekick.com) to generate a ticket in cases where you're unable to use the buttons within the application.

Just opened a ticket, I keep getting a 504 Time out screen when trying to delete an email to add another. The one email I'm trying to use doesn't get the 2 thumbs up, just one and I need to remove it so that I can try another. What's the solution for this?
